We have been successfully using only 5 grams of sugar to make a whole loaf of bread.
Our toast is also made from high gluten flour which consist of a higher amount of protein, using 150 grams of fresh milk per loaf when we’re preparing the dough. With the new low sugar amount in your toast you can now indulge yourself with more peanut butter jelly on a spread – don’t tell your friend about this secret though.
